The Compound
The Compound is the area located immediately inside The Forest Rinehart Road gate. It is storage space available to Forest owners for an annual fee, (see below) based on availability. RV’s, campers, boats, trailers, commercial vehicles, and second cars may park in this area with approval.
Parking spaces are assigned by a Forest Board Director. Vehicles must be currently licensed and insured by Forest owner. To get an assigned space, paper work must be completed and copies of current registration and insurance provided to The Forest annually.
NOTE: RV owners have access to electricity for an annual fee of $50. Non-electric spaces will have an annual fee of $30. These fees start January 1, 2022.
